Although the pipe weights make stretch during the placement of the pipes, both the pipe and the teeth structure have the strength to carry these loads. The sheet and the plastic well pipes should be preferred according to the structure of the soil (land). The PVC hard pipes are durable against the chemical acids and bases. It suplies a continuity and economy in the body of the foundation.

The Şapcıoğlu plastic pipes for the deep tubular wells are divided into three categories according to their usage depts or their resistance against the pressure :

1. Clasified and qualified pipes are used in 300-500m depts of the tubular wells.
2. Clasified pipes used in 100m-300m. Depts.
3. Clasified pipes are used in 0m-100m. Depts.
 
The Connection Forms and the Teeth Properties of Şapcıoğlu Hard PVC Tubular Well Pipes
 
Şapıoğluc Hard PVC Filter and closed tubular deep well pipes are produced as one end is male headed with external pass; the other ends are female headed with internal pass.

As it is seen in the picture, the teeth of the passous are the trapezium threads.
A counterbore is opened into the female passo in order to suply an entering to the male passo.

This gives the pipe an easy and safety connection.
There is no need any fixing device.
 
The important points To Be careful in Keeping Tubular Wells and in usage of PVC Deep Well Pipes
 
  1. To be careful about the threaded ends from hits during the transportation .
  2. The pipes should be protected from the sun lights and from the deformations and they should be storaged on the wooden battens.
  3. The teeth protectors on the trapezium toothed pipes shouldn’t be taken off until the time the pipes will be used.
  4. Don’t use greese oil etc. To supply the threads an easy entering. Water and soap is enough for it.
  5. Don’t smear any adhesive for the threads to fix well. The adhesives damage the threads and fluxe the pipes.
  6. Preparing the pump should be done according to the interior diameters of the pipes.
